We asked, and you answered. Over 1,800 La Crosse County residents and visitors nominated finalists for the Best of La Crosse County 2015, and more than 8,000 participated in the final voting. You weighed in on everything from auto repair to tattoo parlors, and now we have the results. See the full list of winners at http://explorelacrosse.com/bestof.

Here are your picks for Best Budget Entertainment.

1. Free Concerts at Riverside Park

Another new category sees another new winner! The popularity of the free summer concerts at Riverside Park was evident across multiple categories this year, including wins for Best Live Music Venue, Best Free Activity, and now Best Budget Entertainment in La Crosse County. This summer featured the 97th season of free concerts by the La Crosse Concert Band, Wednesday evenings in June & July. It was also the 41st season for the La Crosse Jazz Orchestra, whose Sunday evening Jazz in the Park series finished up on July 26. And there’s Moon Tunes, a Valley Rotary Project, featuring live local bands and musicians on Thursday evenings from June-September. All concerts are free! Most shows have rain sites in case of inclement weather; visit the links above for more info.
