Westby Cooperative Creamery offers many dairy products including a wide variety of natural cheeses, cottage cheeses, sour cream, butter, dips, yogurts and our famous cheese curds. The Westby Cooperative Creamery is farmer-owned, meaning the more than 100 farmers and their families who supply milk daily to the creamery, own the business. Our farmer-owners share a philosophy in ensuring the best welfare to their animals with rBST-Free milk*; no hormones are injected into the cow to make them produce more milk.
