La Crosse Distilling Co.
La Crosse Distilling Co. is a brand new, state of the art geothermal-powered distillery that produces 100% organic handcrafted spirits and they are also brewing one in house beer. They are currently producing a brand of gin and vodka called Fieldnotes which is available for purchase by the bottle at the distillery and also available in regional and some state wide liquor stores. They re offering some limited edition in house spirits available only at the distillery and they will also be aging bourbon, whiskey, brandy and other aged liquors that will be available in the future.
In addition to all of the spirit production and barreling done at the distillery, there is a tasting room with a world class bar offering craft cocktails and beer as well as a restaurant serving up a hybrid of Mexican and Wisconsin flavors featuring a menu procured by James Beard Award nominee Chef Jorge Guzman.
